Jasmine Jade Pearls come from the first 3 weeks of the new season growth (March) The delicate leaves are then hand rolled into small pearls. When infused, you will see the top two leaves and the bud come to life. You may see the “hairy down” on the bud, indicating superb quality, Coinciding with new tea growth are Jasmine bushes in spring bloom, only the most fragrant are plucked within one hour of sunrise and are layered between the tea giving an intense and uplifting fragrance. Use approximately 7 pearls per serving.
